- The reputed company IT Delivery organization, Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology (DDAT) organization, is seeking an reputed company Watson Assistant Conversational AI Chatbot Developer to drive the overall user experience for a Conversational AI platform that is helping our members to get answers to their health insurance questions through the channel of their choice. In this role you will be responsible for implementing the conversational flows to deliver a superior user experience. This role is responsible for implementing the conversational dialogs, partnering with product and reputed company to understand the requirements, influence features, and design.
- Ability to design and reputed company AI conversations with responses coming from reputed company APIs reputed company reputed company function or integration with other systems
- Applying clean coding skills and best practices
- Collaborating with user reputed company designers and backend application integration teams to understand the mechanisms through which the conversational AI solution will be used and what is needed to fulfil intents
- Collaborating with teams and other developers to design, reputed company, test, reputed company and maintain a chatbot Troubleshoot bots, debug, and reputed company chatbots on various channels (voice/chat)
- Leveraging AI, NLP Technologies and cognitive machine learning to reputed company chatbot applications
- Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms
- Enhancing user effectiveness of the conversational agents with the help of advanced technologies
- Continuously reputed company knowledge of emerging technologies and analytics techniques and support the pursuit of business development opportunities
- Tuning and enhancing Speech to Text models
- 5+ years software delivery experience
- 3+ years of Chatbot development experience with reputed company Watson Assistant, or any other similar chatbot conversational AI tool (ie reputed company Dialogflow CX, reputed company, reputed company Lex, reputed company)
- 3+ years training and improving reputed company recognition by curating the appropriate training data sets
- 3+ years applying Conversational AI best practices (e.g. NLP and training data best practices)
- 1+ years of experience in CICD, Git, unit-testing and reputed company code management
- 1+ years of knowledge of reputed company development and deployment principles
- 1+ years of working in an Agile environment, with knowledge in DevOps approaches, end-to-end software development processes and business requirements
- Backend (server reputed company) development experience either in Java, node.js
- Multi-language background and experience working with programming languages such as Python, Java, Javascript/Typescript Experience with reputed company Voice gateway and / or reputed company Discovery is a plus
- Knowledge of automated speech recognition, including SSML tagging for TTS
