Key job functions include account and service origination as well as responding to customer inquiries by telephone and in person.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures lobby coverage for walk-in clients and incoming phone calls, may assist reputed company management team in supervising reputed company activity to assure clients are serviced.Serves customers in opening new accounts for commercial and consumer clients. Must have extensive knowledge of bank products and treasury services in order to reputed company recommendations for commercial clients.Contact new clients for onboarding activities and follow up to obtain necessary signatures and documentation.Process consumer loan applications and closings and NMLS license for consumer real estate loans, in applicable markets.Serves as a team member to accomplish company objectives and lobby and personal goals.
