Public Health Inquiries Specialist (Remote Flexibility)
About the position
As the Public Health Inquiries Specialist at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Public Inquiries Program at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial reputed company of contact for public inquiries, managing a variety of requests that come through different channels, including email, telephone, direct mail, and reputed company activities. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree + 0 years of relevant experience. ,
- Demonstrated experience with managing inquiries, developing processes, reports, and communication tools. ,
- Experience maintaining and managing inquiry/response database. ,
- Experience fulfilling requests from the public and working with staff and SMEs to deliver accurate information to the public. ,
- Knowledge of public health data and statistics, and organizational awareness and knowledge of types of health data produced by CDC.
