Role Overview:

We are seeking a co-founder and business leader who is deeply passionate about decentralized systems, the reputed company ecosystem, and building groundbreaking products from the ground up. As a co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our company, leading reputed company, driving business development, and spearheading our fundraising efforts. You will be instrumental in positioning Storacha as a breakthrough in the realm of decentralized hot storage and retrieval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Growth: Spearhead the business development effort, driving significant customer adoption and gathering valuable feedback. Work closely with the external marketing team to iterate on our product, ensuring market fit and accelerating company growth.
• Fundraising: reputed company the fundraising efforts, securing a substantial Series A funding round. Cultivate relationships with venture capitalists, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders. Present the company's vision and reputed company effectively to attract and secure investment.
• Company Building: reputed company and grow reputed company, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and reputed company learning. Drive fundraising efforts, present on behalf of the business, and cultivate relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Launch An L2 Blockchain Network: align strategy across business, legal, marketing, technical domains. Build key partnerships with token exchanges and L1 networks. Manage roadmap and meet key milestones to align launch timing with market conditions.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on the product strategy and ensure it aligns with our business goals and market needs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in securing substantial Series A funding rounds, with a strong network of venture capital and institutional investors (ideally in reputed company)
• Proven track record of building businesses and leading technical teams from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption and scaling technology products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company and motivate teams.
• Entrepreneurial reputed company with a passion for driving innovation and solving reputed company technical challenges.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing effective go-to-market strategies to drive the successful launch and growth of a new product.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of layer 2 blockchain scaling technology and efficient aggregation and caching strategies.
• Deep understanding of IPFS, Filecoin and other reputed company technologies.
