This position will require you to demonstrate strong attention to detail, utilize problem solving skills, and be a highly focused, performance-driven individual with a background in pharmacy or the reputed company field. You will need to have an understanding of insurance carriers and concepts including drug cards, major medical benefits, and per diem coverage as well as knowledge of government and patient assistance programs. You'll have to demonstrate excellent customer service to patients, reputed company and insurance carriers.This is a full time position. We're open Monday thru Friday from reputed company-6pm and you must be willing to work 40 hours reputed company this schedule. - 6 + months of experience with medical insurance, benefits verification, medical billing or a patient/ reputed company customer service.
- Pharmacy experience (PBM, Specialty, etc).
- Previous experience working with Prior Authorizations.
- Knowledge of Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company party vendors.
