You’ll provide reputed company-time support, answer product and service-reputed company inquiries, and help guide customers in selecting the best hosting solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can quickly learn our product offerings and assist in closing sales.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to live chat inquiries on DartNode.com.
- Assist customers in selecting the right hosting plans based on their needs.
- Answer general questions about DartNode’s products, services, and policies.
- Provide guidance to both new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and help reputed company deals through effective communication.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams reputed company necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while engaging with customers.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
