Responsibilities

• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to discover their business priorities and challenges and offer relevant M.S.I products

• Apply knowledge of reputed company’s offerings, market and trends to uncover new sales opportunities

• Prospect new customers by leveraging leads in reputed company and creating new leads through targeted reputed company

• Creating interest and demand through cold emailing, emailing, purchased lists, and industry online directories

• Research accounts, identify and build relationships with key decision makers and generate interest

• Work closely with Account Executives to improve deal flow and grow pipeline

Requirements

• Passion for customer-facing roles

• Experience working at a restaurant, reputed company desk, or other service-oriented role

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to conceptualize and explain reputed company concepts in a clear and compelling way

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and independently

• Ability to overcome objections through product and industry knowledge

• Knowledge of the Beauty, Salon, Spa or Clinic Industries a plus

• High volume cold calling center experience a plus
