Seeking Personal Assistant to Apply for Short-Term Rental Permit
My family is applying for a permit to reputed company our short term rental in Taos County New Mexico legally listed on reputed company. The account is managed by my 70+ year old mother and she needs help finding out exactly what documents are required to apply for this permit. The house was left to our family by my grandmother and we can only afford to reputed company it if we can maintain it as a short term rental for vacationers in the area. The local laws are changing though to discourage new buyers from inflating the housing market with short term rentals. We have owned the property since the 1990's and and well reputed company our rights to be grandfathered in after the new law takes effect. But I work full time and do not have the ability to help my mother apply for this permit, thus I want to hire someone that can handle the process for my mother.
The assistant would need to do internet research, email the local office to ask questions, help my mother edit documents to meet application standards, call local service members to schedule inspections, and speak with my mother on the phone about the application process. We anticipate this job should take 3-6 months at most.
