- Create AWS Connect Connect Flows
- Configure Queues, Routing Profiles, User Management, reputed company Profiles, Quick Connect, and Claiming Numbers

- Connect flow integration with reputed company, Lex, S3, and databases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
- Knowledge of IVR and Workflow
- Familiarity with API
- Experience with AWS and CTI
- Expertise in data engineering
- Knowledge of reputed company Connect, reputed company Lex, and reputed company
- Familiarity with S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and CloudWatch
- Proficiency in English
