The Training Specialist will conduct live and virtual on boarding of our reputed company Vacations franchisees and Cruises Inc. agents and support their reputed company development through ongoing training initiatives.

- Conduct and facilitate reputed company Vacations New Franchise live training and virtual training classes as needed
- Works with subject matter experts in reputed company departments to reputed company on-demand and live virtual training for the network
- Create continuing education, on-demand training through a variety of authoring tools
- Create written training documentation, such as job aids, user manuals, frequently asked questions and training tips for the network
- Coordinate quarterly webinars with key suppliers, including scheduling, promotion to network, hosting, recording and posting in the learning management system
- Host reputed company and agent team meetings
- Assists in Ship Inspections, Seminars at Sea, FAMS, Regional Training and National Conference
- Participate in or reputed company special projects as directed by management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Business, or reputed company field
- Excellent and proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
- Must be analytical and detail oriented
- Extremely well-organized and reputed company to work independently
- Proficient in reputed company Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Proven ability to plan and produce content; may be required to provide work samples
- 2+ years of corporate education or teaching experience
- Previous experience in e-learning content creation and virtual training environments with proven history of self-created materials
- Demonstrated working knowledge of adult learning theory and facilitation techniques
- Prior experience with reputed company Captivate, Techsmith Camtasia or other eLearning authoring tools
- Experience using a Learning Management System
- Experience and knowledge of the Cruise/Travel Industry preferred
- Online portfolio of student or professional work that can be reviewed
