In this role you will provide Engineering leadership and support to Procter and Gamble (P&G) site reputed company technical mastery and site-specific coaching. In this role you will build a Packing/Raw Material mastery. Provides support on;

• Packing and raw material matters for the Business Unit and R&D innovation projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Have a BS or MS in engineering, Packaging Science, or a reputed company field. With a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale. We offer a wide range of roles for Chemical and Mechanical Engineering. Increasingly, we have roles suited for Packaging science or other reputed company engineering fields.
• Have critical thinking, active listening, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time
• Willing to relocate throughout the career
• 0-3 years of experience

• Role will be based at the Andover Manufacturing Center with approximately 10% travel to the South Boston Manufacturing Center and/or Contract Manufacturing sites.
