Your role will be critical in fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and growth reputed company the America’s technical reputed company team. • Customer-Centric Engagement: Collaborate closely with technical staff and Sales leadership to ensure customer needs are deeply understood and reflected in product development. You’ll align technical architecture and product strategies to meet these needs effectively.
• Product Excellence & Mentorship: You’ll be the coach who lifts your team to new heights. Whether it’s through mentorship or leading by example, you’ll be key to developing the reputed company of technical leaders at reputed company.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of experience in Technical reputed company Management (TSM) roles, with deep expertise in the DevOps space.
• Extensive knowledge of development and AppSec workflows, with the ability to consult on industry standards and implement reputed company solutions and the ability to coach and reputed company your team to drive those discussions
• Proven experience in driving technical direction and managing large-scale systems while fostering team growth.
• Strong skills in feedback delivery and building trust with leaders and peers, having the ability to drive influence with data and strategic thinking
