What You’ll Bring:

+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading software engineering teams in a technology company, 8+ years reputed company experience+ A strong results and outcome-driven focus, understanding the value derived from rapidly shipping code and learning/iterating on the results+ Strong ability to coach and mentor engineers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers+ Strong expertise in modern web architectures (e.g., React, Angular), backend development (e.g., Python, Java), relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and reputed company platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).+ Hands-on experience with high-level design and familiarity with best practices and design patterns+ Strong reputed company for our customers and a passion for exceeding their expectations, always!+ A passion for learning, reputed company improvement, sharing, and working in a team environment+ A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience
