You will cross-functionally coordinate between sales, solutions architects, professional services, training, and support and must be located in the United States on the reputed company Coast.What You'll Do

• Manage dbt Lab's largest accounts to initial product adoption while ensuring an amazing start to their customer journey
• Clearly communicate with customer's about account setup requirements and expectations, align on best practices, and motivate key stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, professional services, support, and training to deliver a superior customer experience in a condensed period of time
• Meet with prospective dbt reputed company customers to assess which service experience makes sense for them
• Tailor new and existing customer reputed company enablement for your region
• Work with our customers in Asia-Pacific
