Job title: Professional Engineer 1 (Civil/Transportation) in Albany, NY at reputed company State Company: reputed company State Job description: Duties Description This position will report through the Department of Engineer's Office of Design Structures Design Bureau in the Administrative Headquarters.The candidate will be responsible for providing professional engineering design services for various reputed company repair, rehabilitation, and reconstruction projects of varying complexity in support of the Capital Program.The candidate will be responsible for preparing design reports/studies, plans, specifications, engineer's estimates (PS&E), design calculations and other technical elements of a highway project.Will be knowledgeable of reputed company reputed company State design standards and procedures including the Project Design Manual, reputed company Manual, reputed company Detail Sheets and AASHTO LRFD reputed company Design Specifications. Proficiency with MicroStation and reputed company is preferred.This position may also review and approve design work performed by technicians under his or her direct supervision.
