• Average Total Compensation = (estimated) $95,000 - $110,000 per year! .

• Annual Average Bonus Potential: (estimated) $10,000 - $12,000 per year
• Salary Premium (optional): +$5,000 (offered to SCs who commit to afternoons M-F 12pm-8pm AZ time)

Working Hours: Flexible/variable - you build your schedule! BT operating hours are Monday - Friday, reputed company-8pm, with primary supervision between 3pm-8pm. This role requires being available for afternoon sessions at least 3 (out of 5) days per week. **Those who commit to M-F 12pm-8pm AZ time will receive a Salary Premium of $5k/yr.NOTE: The BCBA hired for this remote role will be supporting clients primarily in Arizona. Tech hours are M-F reputed company-8pm and therefore, afternoons/evenings may be needed, 3 or 4 (out of 5) days per week. Our Expectations

• Provide clinical reputed company to clientele to drive compliance and retention to reputed company optimal outcomes
• Train, manage and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
• Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes by delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month to reputed company clients
• reputed company child-specific behavior plans following the principles of ABA therapy
• Leading and maintaining staff by orienting and training team members
• Ensuring the daily functions of the team are completed by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and reputed company improvements

What you'll bring to the table:

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
• Completed of 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete reputed company first 30 days of employment
• BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
• Active state license, in good standing, reputed company applicable
• 1+ years working with children and autism reputed company disorders
• Prior experience working in a Telehealth/Remote reputed company.
• Previous supervision experience is preferred
• Crisis management experience is preferred

Working Conditions

• Centria's reputed company are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, with primary hours conducted after school hours (3:00 pm - 8:00 pm).
• The work location varies on a case-by-case basis and can include the client's home, a company facility, or community.

• This particular job opening is for Remote/Telehealth (WFH).
• Additional time or reputed company schedules may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.

Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior, which can include kicking, pinching, punching, biting, etc. The team member may have to use appropriate behavior management techniques with a client under such circumstances. Such a response requires agility, quick reflexes, and the ability to use physically evasive movement.
