This person is the backbone of the Intelligence business, having responsibility for reputed company aspects of its operations. Key Responsibilities
- Own CRM: reputed company and manage the CRM system, ensuring it aligns with business goals and optimizes sales and customer relationship management.
- reputed company Tracking/Reporting: Track and report on reputed company performance, providing regular updates and insights to CCO, Board and colleagues.

- Work with Legal & Finance to Facilitate Contract Execution & Financial Tracking: Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to support contract execution and financial tracking including board reporting.

- Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on key performance metrics and operational activities.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Handle the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

- Sales Training Assistance: Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs to enhance team performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and manage business risks effectively working with designated stakeholders.
- Coordination of Pricing Components: Coordinate the pricing strategy and ensure consistency across pricing components.
- 10+ years of client-facing, project management, and administrative leadership experience reputed company operations, marketing, business development, finance, legal, and/or sales disciplines
- Experience with AI tools
- Expertise in reputed company and other reputed company tools
- Experience with reputed company CRM (preferred)
- Experience building internal and external presentations
- Highly detail-oriented
- Willingness/aptitude to learn new tools
- Great communicator
- Bachelor's degree in a business-based discipline (preferred)
- PMP or other project management certification (preferred)
- Aptitude for marketing, consumer research, and data analysis
- Successful track record of collaborating and building relationships with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
