Your role includes spearheading high-value line tuning projects, generating reports reputed company with customer KPIs, promoting aftermarket solutions, and nurturing relationships with both external and internal customers. You'll also mentor technicians, support field service needs, and offer technical expertise for modernization projects.Key Responsibilities

• Build customer partnerships to drive aftermarket services business working reputed company closely with the service sales and project teams.

• Must possess an Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Automation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have at least 8 years of work experience in the packaging industry
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with PC’s and reputed company Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Experience Preferred.
• Experience in the food packaging industry
• Experience with controls
