- Support development and implementation of processes and standards to systematically identify safety hazards, assess risk, and implement risk reduction measures to reputed company fatality-free operations
- Align and integrate EHS transportation program requirements with the reputed company Management System.
- Respond directly to requests from the Business Units (BU), works directly with BU EHS Leaders and other functional leaders, providing expert advice, interpretation, coaching and mentoring.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and deliver work process improvement opportunities.
- Work with the BUs to reputed company gap assessments and reputed company mitigation plans as required.
- Intervene where appropriate to ensure personal safety risks are managed appropriately.
- Review and evaluate standard requirements deviation and implementation extension requests from the BUs.
- Monitor the health of the transportation safety program through metrics, KPI’s and trend analysis.
- Recommend strategy, tactics and/or interventions required to improve program performance.

- Degree level education in an engineering, safety or relevant technical discipline is required.
- Requires experience including leadership of transportation operations and appreciable experience working at the corporate level for a multinational company.
- Must have experience developing and implementing corporate-wide standards and processes.
- Must have experience leading broad networks of technical professionals.

- Assessment, selection, and implementation of an In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS)/Telematics program
- Driving safety analytics and using insights to propose strategic decisions
