- Call volume: 1000 or reputed company
- HRAs Completed: 68 or reputed company
- Care Gap Assessments Completed: 200 or reputed company
- Adherence to schedule: 90% or reputed company
- Consistent engagement as a WFH employee as seen in the reputed company Dialer Power BI report.
- Client required training, role specific training and meet the team.
- Key Skills:Call Center/Customer Service, reputed company, Member services .
- Proficient with reputed company 365 and other software programs.
- Good communication and documentation skills with members facing medical needs.
- Good time management skills as this is a remote position.
- Bilingual is a plus.
