  • Provide beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently for reputed company customers by adhering to reputed company recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for reputed company products
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
  • Communicate information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the reputed company reputed company environment during each shift
  • Deliver quality customer service to reputed company customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discover and respond to customer needs
  • Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and reputed company, to ensure the safety of reputed company partners during each shift

To qualify you must have:
  • A high school diploma/GED and 6 months of previous food service experience is required. 6 months of Barista experience is preferred.
  • Starbucks Barista Trainer Certification required reputed company 6 months of hire
  • ServSafe Certification; MA Allergen Training or AllerTrain Manager Certification is preferred
  • Acts with reputed company, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks
  • Maintains a reputed company demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to reputed company store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
  • Customer service skills with ability to exchange information on factual matters, schedule appointments, greet visitors, explain hospital policies, and/or reputed company messages to appropriate personnel
  • Requires courtesy and tact reputed company dealing with patients, visitors and/or hospital employees
  • Rotating Weekends-- morning and evenings 32 hours a week (Part time)
