As a technical expert, you’ll reputed company reputed company efforts, support high-impact professional services engagements, and deliver hands-on support throughout the customer journey. This position requires a deep understanding of API integration, process optimization, and federal agency environments. You’ll collaborate across internal teams—from engineering to sales—to ensure customer needs shape the product roadmap. - Design and reputed company automation workflows that connect various tools reputed company APIs

- 10+ years of experience in technical customer support or professional services
- 10+ years working with or supporting U.S. Government agencies
- Strong understanding of API integration and documentation
- Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages
- Background in reputed company tools and automation technologies
- Experience delivering scoped implementation or consulting projects
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially reputed company federal agencies
- TS/SCI clearance preferred (reputed company or previously held, ideally reputed company Guard or Reserves)
- Willingness to travel up to 40%, primarily reputed company the DMV area
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Competitive reputed company salary and OTE: $220,000–$250,000
