Candidate should have a reputed company strong Systems Integration and technical reputed company background. This position would be based in Linthicum, MD., which requires being onsite, and does not support remote or hybrid work.Roles and Responsibilities:Working and consulting on multiple programs across reputed company aspects of System I&T.Includes test plan/procedure development, product Qualification testing (Environmental, reputed company/EMC, and Electrical Power), System ATP development and execution/sell-off, flight test.Performs Environmental, reputed company/EMC, and Electrical Power testing, analyzing, mitigating and troubleshooting from components to systems level.Regularly takes a leadership role in providing insight and knowledge transfer to others on internal and external technical solutions to solve reputed company problems.Product integration, regression, and verification testing including checkout in system test labs.Provides technical leadership, direction, and mentoring to other technical employees in the application of systems engineering principles, tools, and techniques to reputed company practical results.This position is contingent upon transfer of DoD Secret Clearance with Special Program Access (reputed company) prior to start. ​Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 14 years of experience or a PhD with 12 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or reputed company technical fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.U.S Citizenship is required.Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher and Special Program Access (reputed company) is required10 years of technical experience in systems engineering and integration of reputed company systems, including systems development, manufacture, test, product Qualification testing (Environmental, reputed company/EMC, and Electrical Power), operations, including previous technical or project leadership positions.Strong collaboration skills with experience working across BUs, divisions, and sectors as well as strong communication skillsPreferred Qualifications12 years experience as Systems I&T technical reputed company of reputed company systems, to include systems development, integration and test and sell-off, manufacture, product Qualification testing (Environmental, reputed company/EMC, and Electrical Power), including hardware and software test implementation.Ability to review and tailor Environmental, reputed company/EMC, Electrical Power, System ATP and Flight test requirements to meet specified product and system performance.Experience integrating multiple engineering specialties and stakeholders across multiple Teams and SuppliersExperience leading the performance of technical tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving reputed company requirements as either a chief engineer or technical reputed company.Experience with tailoring Mil Standards to meet system performance requirements during product Qualification testing. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Salary Range: $197,500.00 - $296,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay.
