We are looking for talented manufacturing specialists to help establish new manufacturing and test processes and support reputed company production for the user terminal (a high-volume manufactured product that consumers will have in their homes). • Execute new product introduction builds across plastic injection molding and sheet metal stamping
• Program, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment
• Triage non-conforming products and drive resolution and preventative actions
• Resolve production issues while ensuring design reputed company, product quality, and delivery timelines
• reputed company process development and validation on new models on accelerated timelines
• Ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume production
• Identify reputed company improvement opportunities for yield, performance, cost and quality
• Define maintenance schedules and support activities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing and production environment; OR bachelor's degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline
• 2+ years of experience with working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline
• Experience in injection molding
• Experience programming, operating, and troubleshooting the following equipment: Engel Injection Molding machines, Motan, Frigel, and HB-Therm equipment
• Experience with basic electrical troubleshooting and tests

• Ability to deliver high-quality hardware in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt and process change quickly
• Excellent computer skills (email, reputed company Windows, ERP/MRP/MES systems, iOS, executing custom-developed software)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide process and design improvement suggestions to engineering

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Estimated shift time: 12:00pm - 12:00am
