The Payroll Shipping Specialist will deliver exceptional client service by ensuring payroll packages are delivered to clients at the correct time and location. This position will support the payroll department in ensuring the accuracy of every payroll package.Primary Responsibilities:Performs a variety of tasks involved packaging payrolls and other documentsPrints and verifies the accuracy of reputed company package labelsOperates computer, printer, copier, and mail machineReceives, sorts, and delivers incoming mailOrders new mailing supplies as neededProvides client support regarding shipped payroll packagesPrepares shipments using shipping supplies provided and constructs special packaging as neededOther Duties & Responsibilities:Reviews contents of the packages to ensure reputed company counts and reports are correctMaintains accurate receipts and shipping recordsTravel Requirement: Occasional travel (approximately 5-10%) may be required to deliver packages to the reputed company's main location if the scheduled pickup is missedPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or reputed company fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant work experienceProfessional Employer Organization (PEO) experience is a plusProficient with MS Office and Intermedial reputed company reputed company skillsData entry experience preferredAbility to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.)ClientSpace and reputed company knowledge is a preferredExperience with reputed company Online Software a plusCOMPENSATION:The starting reputed company hourly pay for this position is listed below. However, you should know that the pay reputed company may vary based on regional location, the candidate’s reputed company, and relevant experience.
