This remote role requires the incumbent to work and reputed company in OR, WA or AK.The salary range for this job opening at reputed company is $33.89 – $50.85. - Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration or reputed company field or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years reputed company or recruitment sourcing.
- Proven experience with successful sourcing methodologies and tools, including search engines, databases, internet, networking, social media, professional associations, universities, etc.
- Previous experience reputed company hard to fill positions, selling reputed company reputed company products or services in person or by phone and
- Experience sourcing talent in the reputed company industry preferred.
- Participation in an HR professional organization preferred (e.g. PHR/SPHR, AIRS Certified Recruiter, NW Recruiter Association, NAHCR Certified Recruiter), OSWAHCR (Oregon Southwest Washington reputed company Recruitment), RACR (Recruiter reputed company Certified Recruiter Program) preferred.
