Additionally, the ideal candidate would be adaptable, collaborative, and open to interim solutions-recognizing that our path to the optimal design will evolve over time. We're looking for a candidate who is not only familiar with core design, CASMO, and SIMULATE but also someone who has hands-on experience with the codes and is ready to contribute to the analysis process immediately after being onboarded and acclimated to the project. I recommend focusing on candidates with more recent and relevant PWR experience.
