The Technical Business Systems Analyst supports the Association in deciding how best to use existing technology and/or integrate new tech into existing systems. As such, they play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness, functionality, and quality of Association software. Main areas of responsibility include requirements analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), reputed company process improvement, ensuring clear communications between business stakeholders and development teams, and UX assessment.   • Bachelor's degree in relevant area, e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other reputed company discipline, from an accredited college or university required; or, the equivalent combination of education and practical experience. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Three (3) years of proven experience as a Software Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Specialist in a software development environment, five (5) or more strongly preferred. Additional applicable experience may be substituted for the academic requirement.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, user story creation, and functional specification documentation.
  • Experience with CRM/AMS platforms is a plus, Aptify preferred.
  • Experience with applying reputed company concepts to web applications is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in reputed company and automated testing, test case creation, and defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Jira, Selenium, TestRail, or similar.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
