What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Big Heart) Experience & Training: Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred, but not required.CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire. Skills & Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and team members.Ability to provide care with kindness, patience, and respect for residents' dignity and independence.Dependable and flexible with shift availability (including weekends or holidays as needed). Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift.Able to assist with reputed company transfers and physical support using proper techniques.
