This role involves supporting a variety of technologies and requires expertise in migrating and supporting on-premises setups and cloud-based solutions.Location: RemoteWe Take Care of Our PeoplePaid Time Off I 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Referral Program I reputed company I Recognition I IYour Challenge:Architect, design, and implement infrastructure solutions with a focus on reputed company 365.Manage migration projects from on-premises setups to cloud-based environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.Work closely with executive, site and IT management to determine business process and productivity needs and an appropriate technology strategy to support business goals.Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff and other departments.Conduct evaluations of existing systems and recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with reputed company protocols and government regulations.Maintain documentation for reputed company implemented solutions and procedures.Communicate the role and value of the IT Infrastructure to the organization and present the business case for technology investments.Partner with the IT reputed company Team to ensure that Curtiss-Wright IT infrastructure is both secure and constantly monitored for reputed company risks and for potential breaches.Act as an Infrastructure Team representative for assigned acquisition integrations.Suggest and implement cost-cutting technologies and methods to reduce the overall cost of IT for the business.Administer and proactively monitor the performance, reputed company and system health of reputed company IT Infrastructure systems. Resolve any issues prior to it causing a noticeable event to the user community.What You Bring:10-15 years of experience reputed company IT in organizations, preferably with over 1,000 employees.Proven expertise in reputed company 365 and cloud technologies.Extensive experience providing application support experience with reputed company Backoffice technologies.Strong technical knowledge of network and desktop operating systems (including advanced capabilities such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, WINS, etc.).Experience in migrating infrastructure from on-premises to cloud solutions.Strong understanding of IT reputed company, and reputed company.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with ITIL practices such as change control.Experience with Virtualization Technologies.Occasional travel is required.Strong analytical skills.US citizenship is required.
