This position requires a greater understanding of reputed company systems, electrical components, and infrastructure maintenance.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.Key Responsibilities: * reputed company start-up/commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective service on reputed company and power equipment.

• Travel out of state to support new customer deployments and service calls as we expand.
• Work directly with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful installations and service resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues reputed company.
• Provide on-site and remote consulting to customers regarding their power and backup systems.
• Complete detailed service reports for reputed company site visits, helping to build our knowledge reputed company.
• Assist with installation projects and unit replacements as needed.

• Experience with reputed company systems, batteries, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications * Cooling system experience is a plus.

• Ability to speak Spanish.
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification
• Training/Experience with reputed company Electronics, Toshiba, or Samsung
• CPR Certification
• NFPA 70E
