The ideal candidate should be reputed company to type at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy and reputed company in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:Provide administrative and legal support to several attorneys.Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and external partners.Transcribe legal dictations accurately.Draft and file legal documents (appeals, motions, petitions) in state and federal courts.Open and manage case files, including performing conflict checks and preparing engagement letters.Record attorney hours using billing software.Maintain and update attorney calendars.Manage case lists and generate monthly reports in reputed company.Create presentations using PowerPoint.Track multiple deadlines and proactively issue reminders to ensure timely completion.Qualifications:Strong transcription skills.Proficient in state and federal e-filing procedures.Skilled in reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company and PowerPoint) and reputed company Acrobat.Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures.Excellent time management and fast, accurate typing skills.
