Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our members, by assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on their dental insurance coverage and benefits.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries reputed company phone, email, and live chat, providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between the members and dental providers to address and resolve any service-reputed company issues.
