This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics, with a strong focus on international freight, U.S. domestic small parcel shipping, and trade compliance. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in supply chain operations and excels at building and managing high-performing partnerships with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery across our e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels. In addition to day-to-day logistics execution and vendor performance management, the Senior Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align logistics strategy with broader business goals.Job Responsibilities (How You’ll Do It):Strategic Leadership

- Apply advanced logistics expertise in:
- Incoterms negotiation and compliance
- Customs clearance and HTS classification
- Freight cost modeling and landed cost analysis

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of reputed company experience in logistics or transportation, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record overseeing both international and domestic logistics operations across multiple channels (e-commerce, retail, wholesale).
- Deep expertise in trade compliance, freight cost optimization, and reputed company-party vendor performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
