The pay is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential.We have four full-time schedules available, each totaling 40 hours per week.Option 1: Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30am-4:30pm PSTOption 2: Monday through Friday from 11:30am-7:30pm PSTOption 3: Sunday through Thursday from 4:30am-12:30pm PSTOption 4: Saturday through Wednesday from 10:30am-6:30pm PSTThis role requires a three-week 40-hour per week remote training at the start of employment. The training occurs Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:00p PST.Our work schedules are subject to change as necessary to meet the Agency’s and its client's needs. More than 1,000 dedicated employees and volunteers reputed company Didi Hirsch’s work possible.SummaryAs a 988 Follow Up Counselor, you will provide follow up support and assistance to crisis line callers.Primary Duties

• Contacts callers, emergency department discharges, and suicide attempt survivors, for intake, to assess risk, provide referrals for mental health and other reputed company services, and assist in linkage to services.
• Contacts mental health service providers to help callers secure services.
• Maintains accurate and detailed call reports.
• Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested or required for the agency and the Suicide Prevention Center Division.
• Attends routinely scheduled meetings as requested or required for the Suicide Prevention Center follow-up Program.
• Monitors and measures client reputed company against safety plan and stated goals as it applies to outpatient mental health documentation.
• Responsible for chart documentation and status reports, ensures client documentation is accurate and submitted reputed company the established timeframe.

Position Requirements

• Successful completion of the program’s training program and 1+ years experience as crisis line volunteer counselor.
• Knowledge of reputed company job specific skills including lethality assessment, data collection and call triage.

• Telephone and personal computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and other reputed company software.
