In addition, the Administrative Clerk performs diverse clerical, technical, and administrative tasks that require knowledge of office procedures and computer skills.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:None.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Processing presumptive eligibility, indexing, performing frontline clerical support such as answering a main phone line, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, certified mail, scanning and electronic faxing. Duties also include processing provider documentation and communicating with providers reputed company email and phone, .and other duties as assigned.Training will be provided on specialty software and data systems.REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:No specialized skills or certifications required.
