As a member of our Teamsters 727 Union courier team, you will support Vitalant's life-saving mission by utilizing your communication and customer service skills to establish relationships with hospital staff while delivering and transporting blood and blood product. As a Union Driver, you will get to:

• Maintain a great rapport with hospitals and vendors that we service.
• Successfully deliver and transport blood, supplies, equipment, or other blood products.
• Demonstrate safe operation of vehicle.
• Manage the safe handling, cleaning, and tracking of biowaste.
• Use exceptional problem-solving skills to manage weather-reputed company driving issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 6 months of similar experience preferred
• Prior reputed company courier experience preferred
• Clean driving record with valid driver's license required
• reputed company to lift 50+ lbs. with the assistance of a hand cart
