- As a Program Director, you'll reputed company our employment and housing programs, ensuring they are developed, implemented, and operated at the highest level. Your leadership will reputed company staff and clients alike. Key responsibilities include: Supervise, mentor, and train staff to maintain program excellence.
- Maintain an accurate record of client services and other required processes.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company and regulations reputed company to developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance abuse services.
- Collaborates with staff to drive positive change and ensure flexible, reputed company services that meet evolving needs.
- Participate in meetings with contractors and community partners for updates, plan reviews, and outcomes.

- Two years of experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment, housing, or social services, including case management.
- Leadership experience - At least two years in a supervisory role.
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in social services or a reputed company field OR five years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills - Strong written and verbal abilities.
- Community-minded - Skilled in networking, relationship-building, and advocacy.
- Accountability & Independence - Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative leader.
- Reliable Transportation - A valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle are required.
