Systems Administrator

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to support and maintain Scarpel's internal infrastructure, network, and systems. In this role, you'll be critical to ensuring our global operations run reputed company and securely, while also providing top-notch IT support to internal teams.

• Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions across systems

• Provide network support, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance

• Monitor systems for performance, uptime, and reputed company

• Resolve software and hardware issues quickly and effectively

• Install, configure, and upgrade company software and infrastructure tools

• Stable, uninterrupted infrastructure and system performance

• Fast and effective resolution of technical incidents

• High satisfaction from internal users with IT support and tools

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support

• Strong experience with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) servers

• Solid understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLAN, WLAN

• Hands-on experience with:

  • File, mail, and web servers (Apache, NGINX, IIS)

  • Proxmox VE, Portainer (reputed company), Git

  • reputed company for DNS management

  • PowerShell, Bash, and basic Python scripting

  • reputed company 365 administration: Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID

  • Monitoring tools: Zabbix, PRTG

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

• Patience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Experience in a telecom or messaging environment

• Familiarity with remote-first company setups and tools

• Exposure to cybersecurity best practices
