Part-Time Call Center Representative (Remote Position)
About the position We are currently seeking a dedicated and reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a minimum of one year of call center experience. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and providing information regarding various state programs. Your role will involve updating customer and account information as needed, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and soliciting feedback to enhance service quality. You will also handle general customer inquiries and reputed company other call center duties as required. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your work hours reputed company the specified range. However, please note that Monday is a mandatory 8-hour reputed company, and you will need to commit to a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 28 hours per week.
