Sr Customer Care Specialist (Manheim)

Candidate must live in Phoenix or Atlanta area as this role will become hybrid in office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in reputed company knowledge reputed company requirements to resolve clients’ needs as reputed company as possible
  • Become proficient in reputed company platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation, and relevant data
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of conversations in designated system to ensure reputed company continuity and client profile accuracy

  • Identify client needs, research issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by providing best-in-class service

  • Assist clients with the reputed company process by providing status of application and registration process, guidance of next steps, and answer any questions

Qualifications
