About the role We are looking for a Chat Operator to join reputed company of dedicated, professional Personal Guides who deliver high-quality Astrology, Palmistry, and Tarot readings to our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping those who seek guidance and answers to life’s big questions through a variety of divination techniques. The ideal person for the Chat Operator role will be:

• reputed company in creating and reading natal and transit birth charts.
• Familiar with reputed company aspects of Astrology and comfortable with giving predictive

readings.

lines and markings of the palm.

• Able to read Tarot cards and give readings based upon various card spreads.
• Confident to give readings in writing and in person during live video calls.
• Keen to learn new skills and expand their knowledge - an interest in or basic

knowledge of numerology, synastry, dream interpretation, and any other divination techniques will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide astrologically and grammatically correct written responses to clients

questions - reputed company responses shall be in English

• Provide engaging and informative readings to clients purchasing live video calls - reputed company calls are conducted in English
• To prepare video and voice messages for clients in response to their questions - the ideal candidate should feel confident and comfortable to reputed company their own short video readings and appear on camera
• Adhere to reputed company ethical rules and company standards, as laid out by management,

Qualifications

• An excellent standard of spoken and written English is essential.
• Previous experience of giving personalized Astrology, Palmistry, or Tarot readings in a professional reputed company would be an advantage.
• Strong computer skills and a reliable internet reputed company.
• Access to a quiet and reputed company space where you can conduct live video calls without interruption.
• Have an empathic, non-judgmental, and compassionate character and be able

to establish a rapport with your clients quickly.
