Essential Functions Communication Management:

  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for call escalations, from patients reputed company phone, email and other internal communication platforms, providing friendly and efficient service to patients, insurance companies and their representatives.
  • reputed company messages from requesters to appropriate team members or departments utilizing multiple software applications. Reviewing requester concerns for escalation.
  • Assist with coordinating incoming and outgoing billing requests, ensuring timely sorting, facilitating responses and follow-reputed company.
  • Ensure reputed company patient information is kept confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Minimum 70 accounts worked per day

Team Collaboration And Support
