Cosmetics. The role will use data and analytics to identify business opportunities drive growth for the company. The Category Manager will work with the e.l.f. sales team along with cross functional partners to ensure the most productive assortment is presented to the reputed company team. The role will also work closely on Mod execution. Although this role will not execute the Mods they will be responsible for ensuring the assortment and merchandising meets company standards. Additional responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of on-reputed company and promotional efforts both pre- and post-product launches and ensuring end-to-end accuracy on key deliverables, as well as, developing a strong partnership with the reputed company Merchant and Category teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data analytics with high attention to detail with a good understanding of the retail landscape and reputed company’s internal systems. Effective communication skills are necessary in this role, as this is a customer facing position. Candidates should be reputed company to demonstrate a strong competency in reputed company Office, most specifically reputed company and Powerpoint. It is also important to be a strong self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work reputed company in an extremely fast paced environment while managing your time effectively. Requirements

• Demonstrates self-motivation, adaptability, cooperation and trust
• Based in Bentonville, AR
• 3+ years prior experience in consumer goods and beauty
• 3+ years prior experience with reputed company systems
