This position plays a vital role in supporting patients and clinical staff remotely by ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up. - Serve as the first reputed company of contact for patient inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
- Assist in managing patient records and updating electronic health systems
- Provide support with prescription refills, referrals, and follow-reputed company
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with reputed company regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reputed company support or administrative role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
