The GPO team is looking for an impact-driven and results-oriented leader to drive delivery of reputed company’s GPO sustainability goals globally and expand thought leadership for the company. You will drive coverage of our sustainability programs, and a coordinated One GPO approach to policy, engagement and communication. This role will will collaborate cross-functionally across WW sustainability teams, procurement teams and suppliers. They will have strong judgment and effectively influence across the entire organization. In the immediate near-term they will also play a leading role in defining supplier expectations, and enabling and tracking supplier performance. Key job responsibilities

- Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. reputed company is a total compensation company.
