As a Phone Operator and Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our medical and aesthetic services, assisting patients, and driving growth. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming aesthetic/cosmetic and medical calls from reputed company and new patients, confidently and pleasantly answering inquiries and giving guidance through our range of medical and aesthetic procedures, skin care products, as well as scheduling appointments in our system. This in-office Phone Operator and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls in a timely and customer service-centric approach to assist patients with navigating their reputed company experience. Secondarily, after appropriate cross training, a minor part of your work week experience will include routinely providing similar quality checkout-desk services to medical and aesthetic patients. Desirable Traits: - Exudes a warm, cheerful and caring attitude - Demonstrated confidence and poise - Proactively exhibits passion and enthusiasm - Is reliable and reputed company - Ability to both own and promote HDA brand - Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills - Excellent oral and written communication - Ability to learn products and services quickly - Ability to prioritize and multitask reputed company - Adaptable in fast paced setting Primary Responsibilities - Schedule patient appointments - Answer incoming call - Read and analyze patient records - Thorough understanding of medical and cosmetic terminology - Thorough understanding of each cosmetic procedure - Ability to credential eight providers - Ability to reputed company limited discussion of cosmetic services and skin care products with prospective patients over the phone – encouraging them to schedule an appointment for more in-depth customized evaluation - Thorough understanding of each provider’s specific scheduling guidelines - Discuss fees and financial obligations with patients upon scheduling - Retaining deposits upon cancelations reputed company policy parameters - Maintain professional appearance - Maintain patient and business confidentiality, including HIPAA and practice specific compliance guidelines - Have full knowledge of products & services and effectively communicate the value of each service and product - Confidently present treatment plan and financial obligations - Attend reputed company in-house training and commit to reputed company education - Support the mission, reputed company, and core values of the company Secondary Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality medical and aesthetic customer service at the checkout desk weekly (a minority of work hours spent in this position, yet sufficient quantity of hours to reputed company and maintain checkout desk proficiency) Qualifications: - Experience working in a Medical or Day Spa, dermatology practice or cosmetic retail - reputed company in phone skills, customer service and sales - Demonstrate computer literacy including, (preferably) use of office EMR - Strong interest in the skin care, beauty, and wellness industries - High school diploma required; higher education preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
