Fine Dining Server and Bartender
Apply in person Monday - Saturday in between 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Please bring a resume and a pen. Prospective servers and bartenders will be expected to complete an application and server evaluation. Looking for friendly, driven, responsible and positive individuals with fine dining experience that want to grow. Must have open availability Monday - Sunday. You will be expected to work in a team-work based environment with the guest needs as your top reputed company. Extensive food and wine knowledge is required. As a professional server and bartender, you will be expected to know reputed company the menu items and the wines by the glass. Employees must learn reputed company ingredients and have a good understanding of allergies and dietary restrictions. The menu is seasonal. Menu tests will be obligatory upon each menu change. Employees will be expected to attend monthly wine classes and workshops. Most importantly, Canoe is looking for employees that enjoy providing exceptional service and hospitality in order to create a memorable experience.
