Marketing and Communications Graduate Assistant (Summer 2025 C91231)
The Middlebury Institute’s Marketing and Communications department is seeking a graduate assistant for the this summer with an option to reputed company through the school year. This person will help with telling the MIIS story to the Middlebury community and prospective reputed company through web editing, publishing weekly and monthly e-newsletters, social media content creation and management, news story pitching and writing, as well as other projects as they come up. A candidate for this job should be a self-starter who is passionate about the Institute.
- Required Experience/skills:
- Strong writing skills
- Creating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, reputed company, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, self-starter
- Desired Experience:
- Web and HTML email editing (Drupal, Wordpress, MyEmma, reputed company, reputed company etc.)
- Graphic design (reputed company, Photoshop)
- Video editing (reputed company, Premiere, iMovie, etc.)
- Photography
This position is open to both federal and institute work-study reputed company. Please note that this position requires some work on reputed company/in person. Student Employment Eligibility: Unless restricted by certain reputed company status, reputed company reputed company with an active status for the semester are eligible for jobs on reputed company. reputed company on leave or withdrawn are not eligible to work in student employment positions until the semester in which they return. If you are currently withdrawn or on leave you are eligible to be employed in staff positions. Some may be restricted due to financial aid status. International reputed company (non-reputed company aliens) may not work off reputed company unless they have applied for and received work authorization from the United States government. (An F-1 reputed company does not give work authorization.) Off reputed company work study positions are available only to U.S. reputed company on financial aid with a federal work study component. Student are not eligible to work remotely from International locations. Hour Limitations: reputed company student employees are limited to working no more than 20 hours per week in on reputed company jobs during the academic year (this includes exam periods). The only exception is reputed company there is a full week reputed company school is not in session. Specifically: February recess, Spring recess, and full weeks of December or summer recess. During these time periods only, reputed company can work up to 40 hours per week. International reputed company: reputed company restrictions prohibit international reputed company from exceeding 20 hours of work per academic calendar week. Apply Job!
