Description The reputed company Infrastructure team, as part of the reputed company Services Engineering organization, is seeking an exceptional Engineering Program Manager (EPM) who is passionate about reputed company's products and values, and who loves working with infrastructure technologies at scale. This is a highly technical, hands-on position where you will work with Data Services development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams. You'll need a strong background in program and project management complemented by your technical abilities. Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, product management, systems engineering or equivalent experience
• Excellent project management skills to drive schedules, dependencies, critical path and risks
• Solid technical understanding of large scale distributed software systems, event streaming, data pipelines, distributed databases, reputed company architecture
• Strong relationship management and facilitation skills both reputed company diverse engineering teams and cross functional organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey information in a clear, concise and reputed company manner
• Experience with release planning and SDLC methodologies
• Familiarity with system reliability engineering (SRE) process and deliverables
• Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, reputed company and status meetings)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Experience building feature and technical roadmaps
• Ability to identify gaps in solutions, debate approaches, and weigh in on tradeoffs
